Raymond Smartt Jr., age 74, of Owyhee, Nevada passed away at a Boise Hospital on Friday, January 27, 2023. Funeral Services will be held at the HDC in Owyhee on Thursday, February 2, 2023 at 1:00 P.M. A viewing will be held at Raymond Smartt Jr. residence locatated at 1095 Drumstick Circle in Owyhee, Nevada on Wednesday, February 1, 2023 from 3:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M.
