Obituary of Lynn Juanita Larsen

Lynn Juanita Larsen, 70, passed away on Wednesday evening, November 23, 2022, with her loving husband, Monte, by her side. Lynn was born in Elko, Nevada to Ernest and Evelyn Wilson on May 4,1952.

Lynn married John Hrasar in Pine Bluff, Arkansas in 1971. Lynn and John traveled extensively with the US Air Force and Lynn returned to Mountain Home to be near family in 1985. She loved her time in Germany and Las Vegas and spent many years involved in the Boy Scouts and had many opportunities to camp in Germany and Austria with the scouts.

Lynn married Monte Larsen, the love of her life, in 2003, and lived in Mountain Home until the time of her death.

Lynn was preceded in death by her parents, Ernest and Evelyn, stepmother Patty Wilson, her brother Robert Wilson, and sister Patricia Elliott, both of whom passed in 2008 as well as her stepdaughter Tana Pedone. She is survived by her husband, Monte, sons Johnathan (Paola) Hrasar and Nathan Hrasar both of Miami, Florida, her daughter Juanita Klosky (Josh) and youngest son Alexander Wilson, stepson Ty Larsen and four beautiful grandchildren Damion and Bryce Klosky, Abigail and Nathaniel Hrasar. She is also survived by brothers Leroy (Donna) Wilson of North Pole, Alaska; Ed (Sandi) Wilson of Greenleaf, Idaho; sisters Judy (Wayne) Gossett of Mountain Home; Sue (Randy) Newman of Las Vegas, Nevada; and Frances (Brandon) Kief of Phoenix, Arizona.

Lynn was cherished and will be missed tremendously by her family and friends. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation in Lynn’s name to the St. James Episcopal Church restoration fund.

Memorial service will be Thursday, December 8, 2022, at 10 a.m. at St. James Episcopal Church. Cremation was under the care of Rost Funeral Home, McMurtrey Chapel.
