Leroy Harney, age 82, of Owyhee, Nevada, passed away at the Boise hospital on November 6, 2021. Services were held on at 1:00 PM, on Saturday, November 13, 2021, at the HDC in Owyhee, Nevada and burial followed at the Old Cemetery, in Owyhee.
